- Before beginning a website project, kindly share the custom URL list of the website. No content can be revised after website content has been updated based on the initial content shared with our team. Menu/Sub Menu structure when confirmed cannot be changed during the course of the website making.
- We do not grant access to complete website design customization in the basic package.
- If there are more than 100 products in the website project, a list of the products will be created so that it is simple to update the website in bulk.
- When a project is delivered in its first draft, we do not promise to make any design changes after that.
- Every project will start on the day of the payment initiation for the project when delivered with the content of the website, website assets like company images, company address, number, team member details with photo and other information that’s needed for a smooth website designing.
- Once a website project has begun, we don’t alter or vary the project pricing.
- After a website project has been confirmed, we don’t permit any more information or design to be added; any further additions or changes could result in additional costs being discussed.
- If a feature is added after the website project has been confirmed or launched, there may be an additional fee.
- Since we are a team, we interact in group discussions and work together to address challenges when we begin a website project. Therefore, please talk about all of the issues in the group.
- We don’t permit complete website modifications in the middle of a project.
- On Page SEO is not provided in this package. Client can provide the Page by Page On Page SEO details along with the content for our team to update it on the web pages. Any SEO related work requested during the web designing process will not be supported.
- During the website process there may be contingency situations where designers had to place/designs away from what client initially shared. This usually arises due to the change/update of plugins/theme and we are working towards the best practise. Here we request all clients to humbly communicate the concern and provide us the opportunity to share the logic behind the action taken. We are always eager to satisfy our clients at up to 100% more than what clients can expect.
- Payment gateway websites have to be managed by the client and what we need from the client is API keys to integrate it. It’s the clients sole responsibility with the payment gateway company to get the API keys and not our responsibility. For clients who want us to handle work with the payment gateway team, there will be extra charges and any security breach that may occur in the future would not be our responsibility. This has to be conveyed by an official email by the client to us before we login in or get the logins to the payment gateway websites.
- Product/Service page design would be the same as the provided theme and all product/service page design would be the same. We request clients to analyse and check them carefully before approval. Any requests on change of theme design/page design away from the theme in any page or section would not be provided. In case of dislike towards any theme or page, the client needs to flag it prior project start and we are more than happy to wade through other designs aligned to your taste and dislike.

5. Product Definitions (E-Commerce Projects)
Product Pages: The term “product” refers to a single product page. Variants or different versions of the same product are considered separate products. We’ll confirm the exact number of product pages required during our initial consultation.
Client Confirmation: Clear communication about product page requirements is crucial. Misunderstandings often arise, so we will provide a detailed breakdown and seek the Client’s confirmation to ensure alignment.
Additional Products: Additional product pages requested beyond the initial agreement will incur additional charges. We offer a flexible package system to accommodate growing needs.
6. Content and Features

9. Fonts and Colors

13. Feedback and Revisions
- Revision Rounds: The number of revision rounds is specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged at an hourly rate.

18. Post-Delivery Responsibilities

Website Security: After delivery, the Client assumes full responsibility for website security, theme and plugin updates, and other maintenance tasks unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
Lead and Order Management: The Client is responsible for managing leads and orders. We are not liable for downloading leads from lead forms or providing regular updates unless a separate management agreement is signed.
19. Newsletter Setups
Initial Setup: The setup of newsletter systems (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) will be included as specified in the SOW.

20. Payment Terms

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and can delay the project. We understand that unexpected situations can arise; please communicate any payment issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
21. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. Trust is paramount, and we ensure that all sensitive information is handled with the utmost care.
22. Client Responsibilities
- Group Communication: Project discussions will occur in a shared communication channel. The Client must address all concerns in this group to ensure alignment and resolution.
- Project Coordination: The Client is responsible for resolving third-party issues (e.g., API-related) that could impact the project timeline.
23. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the website and its content. This ensures the Client has full control and ownership over their digital assets.
- Company Rights: The Company reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and for marketing purposes, highlighting our collaboration and success.
24. Termination
- Client-Initiated Termination: The Client may terminate the project at any time. Payments for completed work up to the termination date are non-refundable. We aim to resolve issues amicably and will work to find mutually beneficial

25. Liability

26. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. We believe in flexibility and are open to reasonable adjustments that benefit both parties.
27. Conflict Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve issues through open dialogue and mutual understanding. Should this not be possible, we offer mediation services to find a fair and equitable solution.
28. Acceptance
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. We strive for transparency and satisfaction, aiming to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
